Join ArtRepublic in collaboration with Arlo Wynwood, the first-ever hotel in Miami’s creative and cultural district, as it wraps up the quarterly Style and Grace exhibition on May 13. 


Style & Grace is a group show that brings together dynamic artists who explore the resilience, strength and persistence that is endured in the pursuit of self-actualization. Coded in these works are narratives that help us to understand our value.


The artists, on the leading edge of contemporary culture, not only define the values communities hunger for but have garnered the respect of institutions because of their discerning taste and connection to humanity. They have an uncanny ability to connect and communicate which can be palpably felt in the art they create.


Both locals and visitors are welcome to view the artwork, vibe at Wynwood's newest hotel and mingle with the artists. The festivities don't end there, head up to the rooftop afterparty where the views of the cultural neighborhood are unmatched. 


The closing event will include: 


7 pm - 9 pm
Immersive Exhibition and Gallery viewing and artist meet and greet with Octavia Yearwood, Amani Lewis, Morel Doucet and  Indigo Suave.


9 pm - 11 pm
Meet the artists and stay for the afterparty on Wynwoods hottest rooftop bar with sounds by DJ Vitto Von Don.

Enjoy a free health shot with any smoothie purchase from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Crafted with 100% locally sourced ingredients, J&J Fresh Kitchen believes that wellness is not just good for personal health but also for the world.

The smoothies are crafted with an assortment of fresh fruits including blueberries, strawberries, oranges, bananas, pineapples and peaches and come in a variety of sizes, 16 oz ($7.95), 24 oz ($8.95) and 32 oz ($13.95). Providing guests with an extra boost of energy and wellness for their day ahead, those who purchase a smoothie during “Super Smoothie Hour” will get the choice of a lemon, ginger and turmeric health shot or the FK Shot, made with lemon ginger, turmeric, wheatgrass and cayenne pepper on top.

If you are in or around Portland, Maine in May stop in Richard Boyd Art Gallery to see a great annual exhibition of original oil paintings.  Relax while viewing a selection of paintings in a variety of styles including traditional realism and impressionism, created en plein air and in studio settings.

The exhibit is comprised of a select offering of paintings by established and nationally renowned artists’ CR Bryant, Patricia Chandler, Carrin Culotta, Kristin Horton, Kenneth Mancini, and HM Saffer II. 

Although, each artist has their own style and approach to using the medium they are joined by a passion – painting with oils. The exhibit is open free of charge from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily from May 2nd through May 30th, 2023.
