The 17th annual Devour Culinary Classic on Feb. 22-23 will feature live music, painting and more than 120 of Arizona’s top food and beverage purveyors in a stunningly beautiful outdoor setting. Sponsored by Local First Arizona, Desert Botanical Garden and the Southern Arizona Arts and Culture Alliance, this event is not to be missed. More dishes than ever will be inspired by heritage recipes and heirloom ingredients sourced locally and native to Arizona. Ingredients in the mix include chiltepin, edible crops found at the Garden, locally grown produce and cacti, locally sourced meat and poultry, locally made bread, nopales, prickly pear fruit, Sinagua malt and tepary beans.
