Join us at Uchiko Miami Beach on Tuesday, July 29 at 7:30 p.m. for the launch of the KoLab Dinner Series – a special collaboration with Soto Sake, a premium sake brand brewed in Japan using traditional methods and natural ingredients like finely polished rice and mountain water.
This 10-course menu draws inspiration from Southeast Asian flavors and Southern ingredients, with a focus on chiles, aromatics, acids and umami-rich sauces. Expect dishes rooted in Thai and Vietnamese simplicity, layered with seasonal touches.
Some highlights include a welcome cocktail, two curated sake tastings, madai tartare with oyster emulsion and shiso leaf tempura, pork belly with fermented peach hot sauce, and kinoko with roasted mushroom with chawanmushi foam and sunchoke.
