Roll, mix and sip your way through the art of Italian cooking at Donna Mare Italian Chophouse inside Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club. Kicking off on Thursday, July 10 at 6:30 p.m., this new hands-on culinary series invites guests to learn traditional Italian cooking techniques from Executive Chef Luigi Iannuario in an immersive, beginner-friendly setting. This 60-minute class begins with a welcome glass of prosecco, followed by step-by-step instruction in crafting pillowy pesto ricotta gnocchi. After the lesson, guests enjoy a three-course tasting that includes a seasonal starter, the pasta they’ve created and dessert. Classes are open to ages 15 and up.
