TULĀ invites guests to indulge in an unforgettable culinary journey of sophistication and flavor that celebrates sustainability and culinary excellence on Thursday, December 12 from 5:30-8 p.m.! Enjoy a toast and remarks from Silver Oak Wines representative before starting your dinner. Tickets are $125 per person.
Executive Chef Simon Apollonio has thoughtfully crafted a coursed menu, pairing TULĀ’s nutrient-rich dishes with Silver Oak’s wines which are made in a classic, ageworthy California style. This family owned and operated winery originally started with and spent half a century making only Cabernet Sauvignon.
This Pairing Dinner is TULĀ’s fifth dinner of its new series, “Uncorked Events,” which takes place monthly and will continue into 2025.
