Heart disease is the leading cause of death in Jamaica. The Crystal Spring / Run For Your Heart 5K & 2K on Sunday, February 2, 2020 provides an opportunity for Jamaicans to come together with family and friends to support the fight against heart disease. The event will provide a platform to raise awareness whilst allowing everyone the opportunity to learn ways to reduce their risk for heart related illnesses. Funds raised will support the patient screening initiative of the Heart Foundation of Jamaica.
