This interactive cooking class with Chef Maricarmen is your chance to learn the time-honored technique of making homemade pasta with just a few simple ingredients.

If cream sauce is your taste, you're in for an authentically Italian treat! First, you'll work with fresh ingredients to craft a tender dough beloved for generations, then transform it into perfectly prepared pasta.

Next, cook up an authentic Alfredo sauce by blending Parmesan, garlic, cream and butter and top your pasta with rich, classic flavor.
