THesis Hotel is excited to partner and host Powerful Nutrition on March 19 at 9:00 a.m. for a wellness event called Healthy Morning. This health and wellness event showcases three different exercise classes: Yoga, Pilates, and Cardio Boxing. Powerful Nutrition is providing FREE bites and hydration for those who attend. There is no better way to start your morning than with some relaxing muscle-mind connection. 

The ticket provides access to all three classes:
Power Yoga Flow hosted by @dani.citta - 9:00 a.m. - 9:40 a.m. 
Pilates Full Body hosted by @isaramoscano from #METODOISA 10:00 a.m. - 10:40 a.m.
Cardio Boxing with a SHADOX instructor - 11:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m.

Tickets are available at Eventbrite. Hand wraps and yoga mats are not provided. Guests are encouraged to  bring their own.
