Afro Nights

TrainFit Club will host its annual, "FitMas Trek & Treasure Hunt" in Stony Hill , on Sunday, December 11, 2016 at Boone Hall Oasis, Stony Hill! This is the fifth staging during the Christmas season. The event promotes healthy outdoor fitness, and includes fun activities for families, friends and colleagues. 

The key feature of the event is the 9km trek on the Hermitage Road that boasts endless scenaries and an exciting treasure hunt on the trail; the soothing Falling Edge Waterfalls and an exciting gathering on the Boone Hall Oasis property for relaxation, tasty meals, prizes, surprises and giveaways as well as trivia, games and fitness challenges. 

This event is geared towards adults and children, making it a great family fun day! Part proceeds from the event will go toward a charity to be determined.

Dress Code:
Wear bright colours and shoes/sneakers with good traction.

	Change of clothes, extra pair of socks, towel
	Cap, sun glasses, sun screen lotion, toilet tissue, insect repellent, hand-sanitizer, first-aid items/medication, water and snacks
	Swim wear, umbrella, cameras/smartphones to capture the day’s events and upload to Instagram 
	Blankets, towels, fold out chairs to sit on and to make the experience more enjoyable.
