Where: Reach Academy, 2 Widcombe Road, Millsborough (Off Hope Road Going to UWI on your left, between Sovereign Centre and Gas Station. Use Barbican Road and drive in the direction of Mountain Spring, take first left on Doorly Boulevard after going through gully at foot of hill)

2 Days a week:

Outdoor Madness Boot Camp is designed for weight loss, muscle toning/conditioning and physical endurance. Our services includes:
• Monthly weigh-ins, assessment
• Meal plan
• Before and after pics
• WhatsApp and Facebook group updates 
• Discounts for existing TFC Boot Camp members.

PLEASE NOTE: This is an intense high impact workout session. Persons with severe injuries and disabilities should consult their physician prior to engaging in this Boot Camp. Bring along lots of water, construction gloves, insect repellent, a mat and any weights you may have. Join Trainfit Club and see the many other events/activities we have planned.

I will be hosting a Back to school event with the aim of assisting 400 children in the community of Seaview Gardens with school supplies. These supplies include but not limited to school bags, note books, pencils, sharpeners, erasers, rulers, calculators, socks, pencil case, umbrellas, pens, highlighters and etc.
Many children are unable to go to school because of issues like these. Have you ever seen a child carrying a plastic bag to school? A child has on shoes with no socks? A child has one book for every subject? A child walking in the rain because they have no umbrella? A child without pencil or book at school? This is the reality in the streets and I've seen it so many times so when asked to plan and submit my events for the year, this was definitely a priority for me. Children are the future so why not ensure that they are properly equipped. Join me in this, an excellent cause, PLEASE DONATE!!! 6 notebooks, a pack of pens, pencils, anything you can afford. You would be surprise the lives you can change with these small items..
I am also seeking partnerships, sponsorship and volunteers for the day. We will be having free medical for the kids, surprises, giveaways and book vouchers!

We Inspire will host its very first charity event, coined We Inspire …Women “It is Possible”, slated for August 27 & 28 at The Jamaica Pegasus, Kingston.  

We Inspire Women, will seek to motivate Women across the island who are, or have been victims of abuse & misdirection due to negative external circumstances and are lacking the know-how necessary to rise above their circumstances & maximize their true potential. 

This is a free (invitation-only) event. We Inspire, intends to partner with local remedial agencies such as Women Inc. to facilitate further mentoring.
